Setting up a barbecue hut

SETTING UP THE WALL BLOCKS
Setting up the wall blocks can be started by lifting up, for example a wall with a doorway (wall block with a door gap) ,to vertical direction over sockle board and at around 20mm distance of the boards inner surface. Next lift up a wall block equipped with stationary window and put it on the top of the nearest sockle board. Push the blocks towards each other so that the skewed vertical borders laid carefully towards each other as far as the height and width. Attach blocks on both sides with three 5.0x80mm screws. (see screw-mounting of the outer corners of the hut)
After that set up a blind wall block besides a window panel block and attach it just like above. Next a wall block with opening light window, then again a blind wall block and finally a block equipped with stationary window, which is still attached to the other side of the first settled block.
Check out all crosswise measurements of the opposite corners and if needed, fix up corners to equal in other words about to 3820mm.
Corner mouldings of the wall blocks (mouldings equipped with strip) are being first attached in pairs by nailing them with oblique sides and so formed V-mouldings by both sides with three 5.0x70mm screws to the salient corners of wall blocks.
Narrow cover strips are being nailed still to the re-entrant corners of the wall blocks.
INSTALLING THE ROOF BLOCKS
Installing the roof is started by installing a collar board with V-channel. Collar boards are being settled up horizontally over wall blocks and strips with V-channel upside and about 5 mm. to inside interior surface of the wall. (see A screw mounting of the hut’s eave ) Collar boards are being pushed carefully by endings into each other so that a unbroken, parallel with wall, circle is formed and then they are being attached into upper edges of the wall with four 5.0x80mm screws. A collar board which comes to the doorway is already shortened from the centres. Between endings should remain a 870mm. gap for forward edge of door frames installed minor roof bearing boards. In this context triangle-shaped corner blocks are attached to internal corners of collar boards with two 5.0x70mm screws so that upper surfaces are even. Mounting of roof panes can be completed by two different ways for example depending of labour force. Panes can be attached first to each other by pairs on the straight base and then install them over collar boards as complete panes or install always a half at a time so they are much light to handle. In this instruction the latter method is used. A bottom end of a first half of a pane is lifted to the V- channel of a collar board and a top end is supported with a 2670mm length vertical shuttering to the angle of 45 degrees. Another half of a pane is lifted at the same way beside this so that pane boards
